Our Team

Real people. Real experience. Work done right.

Kelly Payne

Owner

Kelly Payne is the founder and owner of Payne Plumbing Company, which he built from the ground up after entering the plumbing trade and gaining hands-on experience. Kelly began taking on side jobs, earning trust one project at a time, and steadily grew the business through hard work, fair pricing, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

With roughly eight years in the industry, Kelly remains deeply connected to the field. While he provides leadership and oversight for the company, he still works alongside his team when projects require it. He believes that staying involved keeps standards high and ensures customers receive the level of quality they were promised.

Kelly places a strong emphasis on quality workmanship, fair pricing and long-term reputation. He believes trust is earned through consistency and accountability, not shortcuts or inflated margins.

Outside of work, Kelly is a devoted husband and father of two. He is a Christian, actively involved in his family’s life, and has coached his sons’ baseball and basketball teams. When he’s not working or spending time with family, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Kelly’s approach to business is simple: work hard, treat people fairly, and stand behind the work. That philosophy continues to shape the culture and direction of Payne Plumbing Company.

Nathan Watts

Vice President

Nathan Watts brings a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset to everything he does. With over 16 years of professional experience spanning construction operations, business leadership, sales, and real estate, Nathan has built a career around accountability, efficiency, and getting results in the real world—not just on paper.

As Vice President of Payne Plumbing Company, Nathan plays a central role in day-to-day operations, project execution, process improvement, and financial oversight. His background includes extensive experience in B2B sales and business development, where he learned the value of clear communication, disciplined follow-through, and building long-term relationships built on trust.

Outside of the business, Nathan is a husband and father who places a high value on family, faith, and personal growth. He believes that how you show up at home matters just as much as how you show up at work. Time with his family, staying active, and maintaining perspective are priorities that help keep him grounded and focused.

Nathan has a strong appreciation for hard work done right and believes integrity shows most clearly in the small details that often go unnoticed. He’s naturally drawn to building things that last—strong families, dependable teams, and meaningful relationships—and he carries that mindset into every aspect of his life.
